TERMS: Billing information will be collected d=

the ordering process. We accept
Visa/MasterCard. ALL NEW CUSTOMER=

BE CHARGED WHEN ORDER IS SHIPPED. Net
15 terms will be given after approval of credit application. Past due accounts are not tolerated an=
d will
incur a 1.5% per month charge. We =
reserve
the right to revoke credit and hold garments until receipt of payment.
FREIGHT: All shipments will be blind shipped with
Fed-Ex Ground unless otherwise specified.
We do not provide International shipping at this time. Caps Plus, Inc. is not responsible for =
losses
during shipping.
HANDLING: We do not inflate shipping charges, but=
will
have a $2.50 charge per box handling fee.
This fee is charged for the service of checking in your garments from
the vendor for accuracy of your order.
WE CHECK FOR SIZE AND COLOR ONLY.
We do not check styles i.e.: short sleeve or long sleeve.
PACKAGING: All garments will be in printers fold a=
nd
returned to box.
SCHEDULING: Garments are scheduled on a “first in, =
first
out” basis. A firm sew date can on=
ly be
set when garments are received and approval of tape/sew out.
TURN-AROUND TIME: 10 working days after tape or art appro=
val
and arrival of goods.
All instructions MUST be in wri=
ting. Caps Plus will not be responsible for a=
ny
verbal instructions.
LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO $40.00 =

ITEM SEWN.
SPOILAGE/DAMAGE ERROR: CAPS PLUS recognizes the Industry Stand=
ard of
3% spoilage allowance per order ro=
unded
up to the whole piece.
Caps Plus will not be responsib=
le for
errors resulting from your vendors’ inabilities to perform. 1.) Wrong garment sewn. 2.) Holes, dirt, stains or other damage
already on the garment when it arrives.
We will notify our customer if we discover the damage but we do not
inspect the garment for such damage.
